There are no height restrictions. Our classes are designed for personal poise, self-development, pageant carriage, as well as editorial modelling.
Do you teach walking in different heel heights?
Yes. We train Members of the Heels & Glam Circle to stabilize their weight in 3-inch, 4-inch, and 5-inch heels, focusing on foot strikes and knee straightening mechanics.
Can I take this class for posture correction only?
Yes. Many corporate professionals and creators begin their transformation specifically to correct slouching, forward neck tilt, and to build spatial confidence.
